While downtown Phoenix has seen its fair share of restaurants close down this year, there still seems to be continued demand from operators to move into the area. Three restaurants recently signed leases at CityScape and Block 23, mixed-use developments that stretch three blocks between Washington and Jefferson streets from First Avenue to Second Street, the developer RED Development said. RED reached a deal with LGO Hospitality to open the second location of Ingo’s Tasty Food in a 1,488 square-foot space along First Street at Block 23. Ingo’s has made a name for itself in the Arcadia neighborhood with its diverse menu with high quality ingredients in sandwiches, salads, and cocktails. the new Ingo’s which is slated to open in mid-2021, will also run a coffee program during breakfast hours, according to the developer. |
